Copyright (c) 2026 Deven James Langston. All rights reserved.

The public creator name "Deven James" or "DevenJames" identifies the work and its maintainer. The individual legal rights-holder for Deven-authored material is Deven James Langston, not RVA3D and not Make It Move, LLC.

PERMITTED USE

You may:

1. Download, install, and use the toolbar configuration in your own legitimately licensed Adobe After Effects and kBar environment.
2. Modify the toolbar configuration for your own workflow.
3. Share the original or a modified copy privately within your own organization or bounded project team when every recipient follows this license.

RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

1. Publish, host, upload, or otherwise redistribute the package or its contents to the general public.
2. Sell, resell, sublicense, relicense, or offer the package through a marketplace or asset collection.
3. Repackage the toolbar for distribution to unrelated parties, whether modified or unmodified.
4. Use the Deven James or DevenJames name to imply endorsement of a modified or redistributed package.

THIRD-PARTY AND PLATFORM RIGHTS

This package does not include kBar, Adobe After Effects, or separately distributed third-party scripts, presets, plug-ins, effects, or other package bytes. Those products remain subject to their own licenses and must be obtained from their authorized sources.

No exclusive ownership claim is made over generic After Effects expression techniques, After Effects command mechanisms, or other ordinary platform behavior merely because a toolbar action uses them.

NO WARRANTY

THE PACKAGE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RIGHTS-HOLDER IS NOT LIABLE FOR CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM USE OF THE PACKAGE.

SUPPORT

Support is best effort. No response time, future update, backward-compatibility, permanent-hosting, or third-party-integration support commitment is made.
