On Friday at 5pm my coworker Andrew Melzer (creator of Greg Prime) came into my office and told me about a 48 hour film festival he was thinking about entering. I asked him if he needed help, and 48 hours later we had produced a short film.

Every wanted to cut a photo in half and try to draw the other half? Well I did. It is not a mirror image by the way, I was following the other half other the photo. Sadly I don’t do much drawing any more, so I thought I’d post this from 9 years ago.

This is what I had to show for my time at VCU. I was told it was too artsy-fartsy for a commercial demo reel. I suppose that’s true, but I still got hired. Buh-bam!
